Welcome to my website! I am a Postdoctoral Research Associate at the Institute for Astronomy at the University of Edinburgh. My research focuses on the formation and evolution of galaxies across cosmic time, concentrating on what causes the cessation of star formation in these objects. I use both ground- and space-based observations to investigate how the stellar mass, environment, and strength of galactic winds of galaxies affects their evolution.
Currently, I am working with Adam Carnall in the Origins of Massive Galaxies group, and I am a member of the PRIMER and EXCELS collaborations, which both utilise JWST to survey galaxies in the early universe. I also work with Prof. Omar Almaini and Dr. David Maltby as a core member of the UKIDSS Ultra-Deep Survey team, which is the deepest near-infrared survey ever conducted over such a large area.
